Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

DailyVouchers values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding it whenever you visit our website, sign up to our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us electronically.

Who we are

DailyVouchers is a trading name of Nowa Solutions Ltd. Our company number is 17372239 and our registered office is at 43 Christie Gardens, Romford, England, RM6 4SA. Nowa Solutions Ltd is the controller of the information we collect, control, process and use about you (which we call “personal data”). References in this Privacy Policy to “DailyVouchers,” “our,” “us” or “we” mean Nowa Solutions Ltd.

When we talk about the “Site,” we mean dailyvouchers.co.uk and any emails or other communications we send you that link to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains:

  • What personal data we collect;
  • How we use and share your personal data;
  • How we store your personal data; and
  • Your rights over your personal data.

Changes

We may change or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, we’ll notify you by email. Please check back occasionally for updates.

Your continued use of the Site after we post a change means the collection, use and processing of your personal data is subject to the updated Privacy Policy. If you object to a change, please contact us at [email protected].

1. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data directly from you, automatically through your use of the Site, and occasionally from third parties.

  • Directly from you. If you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we collect whatever information you choose to include in that message.
  • Automatically, through the Site. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, and which voucher or deal links you click — collected via cookies and similar technology, and only for non-essential categories once you’ve given consent. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
  • Affiliate tracking data. When you click through to a retailer and make a qualifying purchase, our affiliate network partners share limited data with us — such as confirmation that a purchase happened and which offer or code led to it — so referrals and commissions can be attributed correctly.
  • From third parties. Occasionally we receive personal data about you from third parties we work with, such as our affiliate network partners, analytics providers, or marketing partners (“Partners”), where they have a lawful basis to share it with us.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we don’t collect information like your date of birth, postcode or gender.

2. How we use your personal data, and our legal basis for doing so

  • To operate the Site and provide our services — for example, sending you the newsletter you signed up for, or responding to an enquiry. We do this to meet obligations you’ve asked us to meet, or because it’s in our legitimate interests to run the Site properly.
  • To understand how the Site is used. Once analytics is enabled (only after you consent), we use aggregated data to see which pages and offers are useful, so we can improve the Site. We do this to further our legitimate interest in running a useful, well-functioning Site.
  • To communicate with you. If you’ve subscribed, we’ll send you email newsletters about codes and deals. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can manage this at any time via your subscription preferences. We only send marketing email with your consent.
  • Responding to you. When you email us, we use the personal data in that message to reply and resolve your query.
  • To provide a better experience. We use cookies to remember your consent choices and, where you’ve agreed, to attribute affiliate referrals correctly. See our Cookie Policy for detail on what requires consent.
  • To show relevant offers. Where you’ve consented to advertising/affiliate-tracking cookies, we and our affiliate network partners use that data to attribute purchases and, where applicable, personalise which offers are shown. Where this relies on cookies, we rely on your consent; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interest in showing relevant offers to visitors.

We may also use your personal data:

  • to deal with enquiries or requests about how we collect, store and use your personal data, including requests for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • for internal administration, business reporting, and to identify and implement improvements to the Site;
  • to comply with laws and regulations that apply to us; and
  • to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

Where we rely on legitimate interests to use your personal data, we’ve considered whether those interests are overridden by your own interests or fundamental rights, and concluded they are not. You can ask us about this at any time using the contact details at the end of this policy, and you have the right to object to processing carried out on this basis — see Section 6 (Your rights) below.

3. How and why we disclose personal data

We will never rent, sell or share your personal data with any other company for its own marketing purposes without your consent.

We share your personal data with:

  • our affiliate network partners, to track referrals and attribute commissions correctly;
  • service providers who host, run or support the Site on our behalf (for example, hosting and email delivery providers), acting under our instructions;
  • analytics providers, once enabled, to help us understand how the Site is used;
  • professional advisers and regulators, where required by law; and
  • a successor entity, if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale.

Any third party we share your personal data with is limited, by law and by contract, in how it can use that data — it may only be used to provide services to us, not for that third party’s own purposes.

We’ll also disclose your personal data where:

  • we’re under a legal duty to do so, including any lawful request from a government or law enforcement body;
  • it’s necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or protect our rights, the rights of a third party, or the safety of any person; or
  • it’s necessary to prevent fraud or illegal activity.

We may also publish anonymised, aggregated statistics about how the Site is used. None of this aggregated reporting will identify you personally.

4. International transfers of your personal data

Your personal data may be transferred to, and stored or processed in, a country outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where that country isn’t recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as contractual commitments — in line with applicable law. You can ask us for more detail on the safeguards we use by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Retention of personal data

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as you’re subscribed to our newsletter — and for any further period needed to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Your rights

If you’re in the UK or EU, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how we process it.
  • Right to rectify — ask us to correct personal data that’s out of date or inaccurate.
  • Right to erase — ask us to delete personal data we hold about you in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability — ask us to provide your personal data to a third party, where we process it on the basis of your consent or a contract, and by automated means.
  • Right to object — object to our use of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests. We’ll respond within one month unless we’re entitled to a longer period under applicable law.
  • Right to stop marketing — ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing at any time.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This won’t affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.
  • Right to complain — lodge a complaint with the ICO, the UK’s data protection regulator.

These rights aren’t absolute and are subject to exceptions set out in applicable law — if an exception applies, we’ll explain this when we respond to your request. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity before responding.

7. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we’ve inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we’ll delete it as soon as possible. Please contact us at [email protected] if you believe this has happened.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Some pages on the Site use cookies — small files placed on your browser — to remember your preferences and, where you’ve consented, to attribute affiliate referrals correctly. No non-essential cookie is set until you consent via the cookie banner or the Cookie Settings link in the site footer. For the full list of cookies we use and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.

9. Privacy practices of third parties

The Site links to third-party merchant websites. These links are provided for your convenience and don’t imply our endorsement of, or association with, those sites’ operators. This Privacy Policy only covers our own processing of your personal data — if you provide personal data to a third-party site, that’s governed by their own privacy policy, not ours. We’d encourage you to read it before you do.

10. Contact us
