Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of dailyvouchers.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Nowa Solutions Ltd (company no. 17372239, registered in England and Wales; registered office: 43 Christie Gardens, Romford, England, RM6 4SA). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site.

2. Description of service

DailyVouchers publishes voucher codes, discount offers and deal content for third-party merchants. The Site is a discovery/referral tool — we are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant.

3. Affiliate relationship and disclosure

  • DailyVouchers participates in affiliate marketing. When you click a link or use a code and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission from the merchant or affiliate network. This does not increase the price you pay.
  • Where offers are ranked or featured, placement may be influenced in part by commission arrangements in addition to editorial judgement.

4. No guarantee of offer accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to verify codes and offers before publishing and on an ongoing basis (see How We Verify Codes). However, codes and terms are controlled by the merchant and may change or expire without notice. We do not guarantee any code will work when you try it, and are not liable for expired or non-functioning codes.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, or use that violates these Terms;
  • No interference with or unauthorized access to the Site;
  • No scraping or systematic extraction of Site content without written consent;
  • No automated clicks/transactions on affiliate links inconsistent with genuine use.

6. Intellectual property

Site content we create — text, design, graphics, the DailyVouchers name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us. Merchant names/logos remain the property of their respective owners, used for identification only; this does not imply endorsement beyond the disclosed affiliate relationship.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including that any code, offer or content will be accurate or current at the time of use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listed offer. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to £100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
